Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

SECTION 1 – RETURNS

1.1 To facilitate a mutually satisfactory sale and purchase process, you agree to check and examine your goods/products received within 4 days and to verify that it has no apparent defects. 

1.2 Upon discovery of defects and with an intention to return the goods to us, and at all times, you are to inform us immediately within 1 working day.

1.3 During such time, you are to disclose to us in full the apparent defects and any impact it has caused in order for us to adequately engage your raised concern and its effect, if any. Moreover, you are to retain the defective goods, in part and or in whole, and their related information for reference which we may require to assist us for investigation or verification. You also agree to cooperate and respond to our written inquiries with writing, in order to allow us to conduct our investigation speedily and adequately to resolve any problems that may arise from such issues.

1.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. 

1.5 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

1.6 Please do not send your purchase back to us/manufacturer unless with our written specific instruction. 

1.7 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE AND SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL) 

2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

2.2 In the event of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

2.3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

2.3.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

2.3.2 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

2.3.3 If you have followed 2.3.1 and 2.3.2, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beaconshealth@beacons.com.sg 

2.4 Sales items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded. 

2.5 E-vouchers (if applicable) - If an E-voucher was involved during the purchase and shipment was made directly to you, you’ll receive an E-voucher for the value of your return (subject to our approval). Once the returned item is received, an E-voucher will be mailed to you. Please see below illustrations for refunds on e-vouchers: 

2.5.1 In the event you use Partial E-voucher + partial cash to complete your transaction, and if approved for refund, we will return full amount of E-voucher + cash. (Eg. E-voucher amount of SGD$5.00 + cash SGD$5.00 are used to purchase item amount of SGD$10.00, and if refund is approved, we will return SGD$5.00 E-voucher + SGD$5.00 cash).

2.5.2 In the event you use only E-voucher amount to complete your transaction and it is more than the item amount, and if approved for refund, we will return the full amount (Eg. E-voucher amount of SGD$50.00 is used to purchase item amount of SGD$48.00. If refund is approved, we will return SGD$50.00 E-voucher).

2.6 Shipping - To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Second Chin Bee Road, Singapore 618769. 

2.6.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.  

2.6.2 Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If self-collection is preferred, please specify (subject to our approval). 

2.6.3 If you are shipping an item over SGD$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible if your item is lost or missing during the shipping process. 

2.6.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE AND SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beaconshealth@beacons.com.sg and send your item to: 2 Second Chin Bee Road Singapore 618769. Please refer to 2.6 for shipping information. 

SECTION 4 – WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THIS RETURN POLICY IN PART OR IN WHOLE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME.
